FOOTT Customer Portal launch, a great success

The recently launched FOOTT Customer Portal has been very well received amongst our growing customer base. Following the launch to a trial group of customers, in the last two weeks the main launch roll out has generated enormous interest.

Customers are reporting back favourably about the online portal and the 24/7 on the go access it gives them.  They can easily book or suspend an existing service like bin empties, view invoices, check payment statuses, and access service data such as upcoming service dates, waste type, and service history – all with one click. The ease of use with which customers can navigate through the portal has been a big part of the positive feedback.

If you haven’t yet accessed the portal then we recommend you do so soon, as it will save you time and make booking or suspending a service so easy.
