Our Executive Management Team consists of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), five General Managers who are responsible for Financial Management & budgeting; Logistics Operations & Customer Care; Business Development; Business Development – Events; People & Corporate Services. Three managers are responsible for Governance & Quality Systems; fleet control; and customer care respectively. Currently more than 50 employees contribute to the overall success of FOOTT. The CEO reports to the Board of Management which includes members of the FOOTT family.

Andrew Yeoland is a proven Executive leader with over 25 years of global experience in general management, strategy, sales & marketing and has successfully led key transformational projects and developed key growth strategies across Europe, Asia, and Australia. As Chief Executive Officer of FOOTT, Andrew is responsible for executing the Board’s strategy and leading day to day operations.
With a strong B2B (business to business) commercial background delivering value to many of the world’s leading Beer, Spirits, Wine & Food brands through glass packaging innovations leading to sustainable new revenue streams. Andrew has also consulted to the packaging & recycling industry with organisations such as APCO (Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation) developing strategies for key brands such as the Australasian Recycling Label (ARL) and on soft plastics strategy for Coles.
Zane Foott is responsible for our logistics and business integration across Victoria and NSW. With over 12 years’ experience in the waste industry, Zane is passionate about improving the safety, operations, and reputation of the waste industry.
Zane has held many roles within the business enabling his well-rounded experience in all facets of transport, waste, recycling, and logistics operations. A results driven leader, Zane is continually exploring the newest technology and innovations to improve service delivery for our customers.
Zane’s career has spanned the industry working in transport, warehousing, logistics – quarantine/shipping and waste management. His experience includes product/service development, project management, strategic thinking, and customer service. Zane has a strong social conscious and is passionate about delivering collaborative programs which create career pathways for youth within the waste, recycling, and transport sectors.
With over 14 years’ experience in the waste industry, Keiran Cross is responsible for our Events business. Having lived in the region all his life Keiran has an intimate knowledge of our region, and with his event management experience leads our Events team to provide toilets, waste, and recycling solutions for major events all around Victoria.
Keiran’s career has spanned several industries including financial services and engineering prior to joining the waste industry. Having previously held roles in Project Management, Marketing and Business Development Keiran is passionate about assisting customers to bring their events to life, simply and with ease.
Peter Rigby is a Senior Finance Executive with a wealth of experience spanning more than 12 years in chartered accounting and 20 years in private and publicly listed companies.
Peter has gained a broad depth of experience within numerous local and multinational entities, including SaaS, IT managed services, finance investment, FMCG, oil and gas, venture capital, property development and aged care.
Peter is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia. He is experienced in managing and developing finance teams whilst providing strong corporate governance, risk management, financial governance and control. Peter also has strong systems experience and provides senior leadership to the finance team and contributes to the broader commercial and operations teams.
Caitlin Baker is an experienced Executive who has worked across several industries including government, health and education. Caitlin specialises in Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety, and is an IECL Certified Organisational Coach, Level One.
Caitlin is passionate about creating environments where people flourish enabling organisations to fulfil their purpose. She cares about the prosperity of the community she lives and works in. Caitlin has shown this commitment to contributing to her community through volunteer roles with Goulburn Valley Safety Group, sports coaching, school board and community projects.

Paul Heggart is an experienced senior leader having worked for over 20 years in the transport and logistics industry. Skilled in supply Chain Optimization, Operations Management, Freight Forwarding and Warehouse Management Systems, Paul’s extensive experience allows him to effectively manage the operations of the CDS Vic FOOTT business.
Having joined FOOTT in 2022, Paul is our CDS Operations Manager. Accountable for managing Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme (CDS Vic) FOOTT depots, including all aspects of customer experience. Paul is a results driven leader who enjoys driving efficiencies and delivery sustainable outcomes. Having grown up in the region, Paul’s passion for assisting regional communities is evident from his commitment to the Shepparton Bears Football Netball Club. For over 19 years, Paul has held several positions including President, Vice President, and Secretary, now also having been recognised as a life member.
