We’re looking for a dynamic individual to oversee our FOOTT CDS Vic depots and manage the Shepparton site. If you have a knack for ensuring smooth operations, we want you!
Role overview:
The CDS Vic Depots Supervisor is responsible for oversight of the FOOTT CDS Vic depots, ensuring they run effectively and managing the Shepparton CDS Vic site.
This includes staff rostering across all sites to ensure appropriate coverage; supporting site leads with machine troubleshooting; ensuring depots have supplies, managing the cash requirements for the ATM machines at site and consumables; and completing required reporting under the direction of the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising CDS Vic site leads, providing clear direction and instructions.
- Rostering across all sites to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Leading the Shepparton site, ensuring smooth operations day to day.
- Other administrative tasks to support all depots, such as ordering supplies, completing reporting etc.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Ability to work in fast paced, timeline driven environment.
- Ability to problem solve and be solutions focussed.
- Customer Service experience.
- Experience leading people would be an advantage.
- Confident in use of computers, such as Microsoft Office products.
Location: This role is based in Shepparton, Northeast Victoria.
