The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the Sales & Marketing department to achieve the company’s sales targets and marketing goals. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, overseeing the performance of the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring the effective promotion of the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed targets.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance to the CEO.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
